Jubilee Park Glebe

This waterfront park is situated on the scenic foreshore of Rozelle Bay and is one of the four Glebe Foreshore parks. It’s a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet close enough to the city. The moment you step into this park you will feel yourself immerse into a pleasant and relaxing state of mind. Although this park is so close to the city it certainly doesn’t feel like it once you are here. Choose to relax on a bench by the waterfront taking in the beautiful views of the city or sit on the grass and read a book or watch the kids enjoying themselves in the playground.
2. Dog friendly
The park is dog friendly and some areas of the park allow dogs to be taken off the lead. There are also a couple of places where the dogs can paddle in the water. Off-leash areas are clearly signposted so please check.

There is plenty of space to enjoy a family picnic or party as the park is huge with lots of grassy areas plus seating and picnic shelter In addition, toilet facilities, drinking fountains and BBQ facilities are available for your convenience.

Jubilee Park is a popular place for joggers, cyclists and dog walkers. There are several walking paths to explore and beautiful panoramic views out across Rozelle Bay to the ANZAC bridge overlooking the Sydney skyline. This is without doubt a park that is worth exploring.

Getting to the park by car is very easy. There are also bus and light rail services stopping nearby.
If you are coming by car and are following the GPS, enter destination as Federal Road and this will bring you to the far end of Glebe Point Road.

Parking is easily available with 2 hrs free Parking (Mon -Fri) on Federal Road and Northcote Road.
7. Panoramic views of the Anzac bridge and city
The views are fantastic and some of the best views of Sydney can be seen from here. So don’t forget to bring your camera.
8. Shady and cool for those hot summer day
This place is great for a hot sunny day as it has ample of shady areas and being near the waterfront it’s nice and cool.
9. Lots of space for the kids to play and enjoy
The kids will love the playground that has recently been upgraded this year 2014 and it is very nice. It includes a slippery dip mountain, swings and a handcrafted, cubby house hidden in the branches of a fig tree. The kids love climbing up into the house and coming down on the slide. The park has lots of cycle paths where kids can ride their bikes and scooters. There are also wide open spaces for them to play games with their friends.

Jubilee Park is situated at the end of Glebe Point Road towards Rozelle Bay on Federal Road.
